Experience: 1-5 years

Work Timing: 7.00 PM-4.00 AM (Mon-Fri)/USA Time Zone

Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Maintaining good relationship between existing and new clients.
    • Handling delivery of new sales projects (after sales).
    • Responsible for the delivery the project on real time basis.
    • Handling and addressing all the queries and grievances of the clients
    • Co-ordinating and updating the project status to clients and management on real time basis.

    Work experience/Skill Sets/Competencies

      • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business, Communications or related field
      • Experience in Key accounts management is preferred
      • Experience in telemarketing and/or inside sales/or post sales/ or customer success
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      • Interest in sales field
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      • US Market experience
      • Prepare and analyse sales pipeline reports and dashboards
